These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms do not govern the purchase of any product. This website does not sell anything and does not take payments. If you buy a MedWave device, that purchase is made directly with our team under a separate agreement.

2. What this website is for

The site provides information about MedWave's red light technology, a library of published research, educational videos, and ways to contact us — inquiry forms and consultation booking.

It is intended for wellness professionals, practitioners and business owners considering MedWave equipment for their premises.

3. General wellness products — not medical devices, not medical advice

MedWave devices are general wellness products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing on it creates a clinician–patient relationship. Do not use anything here to diagnose a health problem or to decide whether to start, stop or change any treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about a medical concern.

If you are a practitioner, you are responsible for your own professional and licensing obligations, and for how you describe any service you offer using MedWave equipment. We do not advise on what you may lawfully claim in your jurisdiction.

4. Inquiries, bookings and consultations

• Submitting an inquiry or booking a consultation does not create any contract, and places neither of us under any obligation.
• Information we give you in response is for general guidance, and is not a quotation or an offer capable of acceptance unless we say so in writing.
• Appointment slots are subject to availability and may be rescheduled.
• Booking is handled through a third-party scheduling provider — see section 7.
• Please give accurate contact details. We are not responsible for failing to reach you on details that are wrong or out of date.

5. Research, references and testimonials

• The research referenced on this site concerns red and near-infrared light as a technology category. The studies were conducted independently, using a range of light sources and protocols, and are not studies of MedWave devices. They are provided so you can read the source material and reach your own view.
• Links to third-party research are provided for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.
• Testimonials describe individual experiences and are not typical. Individual results vary, and nothing in a testimonial should be read as a promise of any outcome.
• Any figures shown about business performance are illustrative. They are not a projection, a guarantee, or a representation of what any particular business will achieve.

6. Using the site

You may view, download and print material from this site for your own business use. You may not:

• copy, republish or redistribute our content commercially without our written permission;
• use the site unlawfully, or in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else's use;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it;
• scrape, harvest or extract data by automated means without our written permission;
• misrepresent yourself, or the relationship between you and MedWave.

7. Third-party content and services

The site includes content and services provided by others, including embedded videos and a third-party consultation booking widget. These are blocked until you consent to them through our cookie banner. When you allow them, that provider receives data directly from your browser under their own terms and privacy policy. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

All content on this site — text, images, video, graphics, layout and the MedWave name and logo — belongs to MedWave or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Nothing on the site grants you any license to use our trade marks.

9. Accuracy and availability

We take care over the information on this site, but we do not promise it is complete, current or error-free. Product specifications may change. We may alter or withdraw any part of the site at any time, and we do not promise it will always be available or uninterrupted.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of this website.

Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The courts of the State of Wyoming will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except where the law of the state in which you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
